MJ's Boutique and Wix: Return Policy
Returns. Returns are allowed for a refund only. We do not allow exchanges. For online items, returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. To make a return, please get in touch with us at contactus@mjsboutiqueandwix.com. When returning items please be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization from MJ's Boutique and Wix may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.

Return Shipping. Return authorization for items being returned, because they are defective or damaged will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return Shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.

Eligible Items. Clarence items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return at management's discretion if the returned item does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
Condition of Items. Items being returned for reasons other than being initially received in a damaged state must meet the following conditions. Items returned for reasons outside of being received damaged may be opened but must be unused, undamaged, and complete with the original packaging.

Form of Payment. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment used upon purchase, minus shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
